Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Significant experience delivering cyber security projects in a consultancy or professional services environment Strong technical knowledge across core cyber domains such as risk management, security architecture, governance, assurance, or incident response CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent professional certification Track record of leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level Ability to grow accounts and develop new business through trusted relationships Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex cyber issues to technical and non-technical audiences Self-motivated, decisive, and comfortable operating with autonomy Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC) Experience across multiple cyber security disciplines is desirable, such as GRC, penetration testing, SOC operations, cloud security, or OT security Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CAF, or Cyber Essentials is desirable Experience working in or with government, defence, or critical national infrastructure clients is desirable Additional certifications such as CREST, OSCP, or NCSC certified professional are welcomed Must be a UK national who has lived in the UK for the last 5 years, with no more than 30 consecutive days spent outside the UK in that period Responsibilities: Lead cyber security engagements from start to finish Deliver risk assessments, security reviews, policy development, architecture assessments, incident response planning, and related cyber security projects Act as the senior face of our company on client engagements and provide direction throughout delivery Quality assure work before it is sent to clients Manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and keeping work on track Support, coach, and guide less experienced consultants Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Develop new client relationships and identify new business opportunities Lead bids and proposals and shape our approach to winning work Contribute to our strategy, service offerings, and go-to-market approach Improve and implement sensible operational processes without unnecessary bureaucracy Work with our Directors to help set direction and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly Own and resolve problems rather than passing them on Monitor utilisation, workload, and capacity to help us deliver sustainably Coach, mentor, and develop our team through real client engagements Lead recruitment when we need to grow Build a supportive, challenging, and high-performing team culture Manage performance fairly and consistently with regular feedback Help clients define security strategies, assess threats, and put proportionate controls in place Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including boards where required Support remediation activities following assessments and testing Technologies: Cloud Support LESS Security More: We are a small, supportive team of delivery leaders, cyber security specialists, and advisors helping clients transition from legacy systems and adapt to modern security challenges.
