Offer description

We are working with a boutique property development and investment company with 5 partners. Most of their investments are in the UK; however, they also have significant interests in Singapore and UAE.

They are looking for an ambitious individual who can organise the caseload of the partners. The role will involve activities across various functions including Finance, Administration, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. This position would suit an experienced office manager or someone with excellent project management skills.

Skills

* Highly numerate; ACCA or CIMA qualification would be an advantage
* Ability to analyse data and make sound recommendations
* A good degree in finance or a numeric-based field is preferred

Attributes

* Self-motivated
* Highly organised
* Willing to work until the job is done
* Capable of managing 5 partners across different time zones
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively

This position is suitable for an individual who is highly organised and comfortable managing the diaries and workloads of senior team members.
