We are recruiting an experiencedFinance Manager/Bookkeeperfor awell-establishedand forward-thinking business with astrong track record of success. The company has built a loyal customer base and continues to grow. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in SMEs and a proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes.
Reporting to the Finance Director, duties will include:
* Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
* Processing payroll.
* Balance sheet reconciliations.
* Prepare & submit quarterly VAT returns.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Cash management.
* Credit control.
* Identifying, improving and streamlining processes.
* Dealing with third parties, including insurance providers, banks etc.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
We are looking for:
* The successful candidate will be qualifiedAAT, part qualified CIMA or ACCAorqualified by experienceAccountant.
* Good IT skills, including strong Excel skills, are essential.
* You should be a self-startermotivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership to ensure continuous progress.
