The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Croydon from September 2025. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide one-to-one and small group support for children with a range of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, or emotional and behavioural challenges.
Your role will involve adapting learning materials, encouraging pupil independence, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll be part of a caring team committed to ensuring all pupils reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
