Making a Difference as Social Worker in Adult Services
Our Social Workers are pivotal to our teams. When you join us in Adult Services you will undertake needs‑led assessments and provide specialist support to adults and their carers, service users, and colleagues.
* Provide specialist support to adults and their carers, service users and colleagues.
* Apply relevant legislation, guidance, risk factors and difficulties relevant to client groups.
* Implement rehabilitation processes, particularly relating to older people.
* Develop care packages in a multi‑agency setting.
* Work within the care management process.
To apply you should have experience of developing care packages, working with older/disabled people and working in a multi‑agency setting.
Qualifications
CQSW, DipSW or CSS or BA Hons in Social Work is essential, along with willingness to undertake all essential training.
Required Training & Registration
The post requires Social Work England registration and a driving licence with access to a vehicle. The post is an Enhanced Disclosure post.
