Multi-skilled Building Maintenance Engineer – Harley Street
We’re seeking a versatile Building Maintenance Engineer to join our Estates team at our new Harley Street facility. This role is essential in delivering top-tier maintenance services across the hospital and satellite sites, covering reactive, scheduled, and project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and service electrical and mechanical systems (AHUs, AC units, emergency lighting, fire alarms, generators).
* Conduct daily checks and planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
* Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, operational plant area.
* Perform water hygiene tasks (flushing, temperature checks) per Water Risk Assessment.
* Manage and prioritize tasks via the CAFM system, including emergency and reactive maintenance.
* Liaise with landlords and contractors, attend meetings, and oversee on-site works.
* Review RAMs, issue permits, and support project work as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or building services; mechanical/plumbing preferred).
* Experience in hospital or similar environments.
* Knowledge of BMS systems, water hygiene, fire regulations, Health & Safety, and COSHH.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A flexible, proactive approach to work.
