The Role
:
As a Fire Extinguisher Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in installing, servicing, and preparing quotations for fire extinguisher contracts.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow a structured schedule of appointments, which may include remedial works.
2. Perform duties on additional fire safety systems such as fire alarms, emergency lights, and smoke alarms.
3. Reporting to the Managing Director.
4. Work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Requirements:
Essential:
5. Previously worked as a Fire Engineer or in a similar role.
6. Experience in the installation and repair of fire safety systems.
7. Background in maintenance or testing.
8. IFEDA or equivalent qualifications.
9. Completion of relevant manufacturer training courses.
10. Possess computer skills.
Desirable:
11. At least 2 years of experience in fire extinguisher service & maintenance.
12. GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
13. Additional certifications from FIA Training Foundation.
