Applicants must be flexible in shift working patterns to include weekdays, weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Role and Responsibilities
* The Band 7 role within the ED is a rewarding role. You will lead our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth running of shifts in a challenging and diverse environment.
* Your clinical leadership and people skills are vital to delivering the responsibilities and accountabilities outlined in this job description.
* Lead and coordinate the ED team to deliver safe, effective patient care and contribute to continuous improvement.

Team Structure
After years of collaboration, our two Trusts became a hospitals group in 2021. While remaining as two separate Trusts, being a hospitals group will help us to collaborate more closely on research, and the development, education, and training of our 17,000-strong workforce.
