Responsibilities As a Fullstack Product Engineer, you will: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, gathering feedback to inform product development. Partner with Product and User Experience teams to build roadmaps and deliver functionality in rapid, targeted iterations. Drive technical architecture and solution design for scalable and efficient systems. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide technical expertise and production support to customers. Plan and manage the delivery of on-premises and cloud-deployed products, upgrades, and enhancements in collaboration with the Platform team. Mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A strong background in building web applications using User-Centered Design principles. Expertise in system design with the ability to architect scalable and efficient front-to-back solutions. A proven track record of taking full ownership of projects from concept to delivery. A curious mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and solve complex problems. Experience working directly with clients/customers to shape product and technical decisions. A collaborative approach, enjoying teamwork and knowledge sharing to achieve the best results. A willingness to give and receive feedback in an open and constructive manner. Desired Technical Experience: Backend: Proficiency in Java, Node.js/TypeScript. Frontend: Expertise in modern frameworks, primarily React and TypeScript. Infrastructure: Experience with modern cloud systems like AWS or Azure. Relational databases: Hands-on experience with systems like Postgres or Oracle. RESTful APIs: Proven experience in designing and building them. Bonus: Practical experience with functional programming languages (e.g., Clojure, Haskell). Day-to-day Your day-to-day will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Breaking down complex problems into manageable, iterative components. Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for both frontend and backend systems. Engaging with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met.
