Make a Difference Every Night – Join Us as a Waking Nights Support Worker

At our welcoming children's home in Wingrave, we support young people aged 11–19 with autism and severe learning disabilities. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, calm, and caring environment where our children can rest easy and feel secure through the night.
You'll:
* Help children settle in for bedtime and ensure they have the reassurance they need.
* Check in regularly throughout the night, offering comfort and emotional support.
* Provide personal care when needed with warmth and respect.
* Be part of a close-knit, passionate team that works together to make every day and night count.
During the day, the children attend the nearby MacIntyre School, and you'll be part of a team that ensures their nights are just as nurturing as their days.
Hours: 38 per week, with shifts on a rota including bank holidays and weekends.
