The Role
As a Project Engineer at Busch, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception and resource allocation to implementation and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a solutions-oriented mindset, high accuracy, and contribute to the company's growth.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.
2. Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
3. Coordinating with department heads for resource allocation and utilization.
4. Leading and managing project teams with clear direction and motivation.
5. Monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
6. Implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
7. Maintaining communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
8. Providing project reports, updates, and documentation.
9. Facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagement.
10. Conducting post-project reviews for success assessment and improvement.
11. Documenting lessons learned and best practices.
12. Ensuring proper project closure with final reporting and handover.
