Credit Controller

I am working with a leading client in the property management sector to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, where you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and collaborate with a close-knit group of Credit Controllers, supporting branches across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Record NOPLs on the company CRM/billing system
2. Calculate direct debit reviews and prepare DD increase review letters
3. Handle and follow up on DD rejections
4. Manage client payments and direct debits
5. Resolve payment queries efficiently
6. Use the CPL/RPM system for all client interactions
7. Maintain accurate notes of all phone calls
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume credit control environment
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong self-discipline and motivation
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficient in IT, especially MS Excel
6. High attention to detail and accuracy
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
