Salary in the region of £62K dependent on experience

What You Will Be Doing
* Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment
* Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals
* Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
* Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget
* Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget
* Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes
* Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting

* Experience in a leadership role
* Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to plan and organise meticulously
* Strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience with leading / delivering projects
* Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
