Protocol Education is working with a welcoming SEN school in Consett to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
This role is perfect for individuals who are patient, nurturing, and passionate about supporting children with complex needs.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting pupils with complex physical and learning needs
* Assisting with personal care and daily routines
* Engaging students through sensory-based learning activities
* Supporting communication using non-verbal methods
* Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
