🔍 Position: Building Manager
📍 Location: Bromley
🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm
🔗 Contract Type: Permanent
✨ Main Purpose of the Position: As the Building Manager, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the building is safe and operational while ensuring tenant satisfaction. You'll be the go-to person for creating a welcoming and efficient environment!
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Open the building each morning and conduct thorough daily checks of all areas.
Engage with tenants daily to address any concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Deliver morning post to tenants and keep communication lines open!
Monitor and liaise with external contractors, including cleaners and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire alarm testing.
Keep an eye on energy consumption and assist with metre readings.
Manage keys and security cards, ensuring proper distribution to tenants.
Propose improvements and efficiencies for the building's operations.
Be available by phone outside of working hours to handle any emergencies.
