Responsibilities
* Manage and assist with all phases of case development, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
* Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
* Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
* Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2-5 years civil litigation experience - products liability and personal injury is a plus.
* Must be a member in good standing with the State of Massachusetts Bar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
* Experience prosecuting and defending at deposition.
