We're working with a leading manufacturer going through an exciting phase of growth. As part of their investment within the Valves & Instrumentation division, they're looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to work closely with their customers to help grow their newly formed division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deal with customer enquiries and produce quotations with supporting documents.
* Give technical advise and assistance particularly about Instrumentation and Valve products.
* Communicate confidently with customers and suppliers to find the best solution for each application.
* Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to upload and manage information, ensuring opportunities are monitored and updated to maintain a realistic and achievable sales funnel.
* Work with selected manufacturing partners, demonstrating knowledge of Valves and/or Instrumentation to assist customers from the outset (additional and continuous training provided).
* Take a Sales and Business Development approach to help build and develop the division.
Requirements:
* You’ll need an understanding of process control, valves or instrumentation
* Candidates will be commutable to Southampton and happy to work in an office environment
* You’ll be confident with customers and open to site visits as and when required
* You’ll have a genuine passion for customer service and sales
