Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers in the delivery of creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons.
* Provide targeted assistance to individuals and small groups, ensuring effective differentiation and personalised support.
* Contribute to the preparation and organisation of classroom resources and learning materials.
* Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere, promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with additional needs or barriers to learning.
Person Specification:
* Experience working with children within a school or similar educational setting (essential).
* A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting pupils of all abilities.
* A willingness to adapt to different school environments and year groups.
* A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience (desirable).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff, pupils, and parents.
