Business Administrator Overview: Our Business Administrator will be responsible for managing the Compco’s daily operations and providing administrative support from our Worcester Head Office. Are you looking for your next Administration role? With exceptional attention to detail, you, as Business Administrator, will act as a central function of the team at Compco Fire Systems. Together, we can redefine what’s possible for the future of the Fire Protection Industry. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide PA duties to the CEO, scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes and coordinating diary. Design and implement wider strategic plans, coordinating between internal departments and leading on the administrative tasks. Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to foster excellent communication. Analyse financial and business reports, collating data and delivering summaries. Upkeep of internal systems, ensuring everything is recorded and filed correctly. What You’ll Need: Previous experience in a similar administration role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use own initiative. Flexible approach to tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Full UK Driving License. This is a temporary 6-month contract role that is office-based role and would require the successful Business Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
