Overview
Thrings is a Top 200 Law firm, with regional offices in the South West. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join the HR team in either our Bath/Bristol or Swindon offices, to support the wider business. This role will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, processes and employer brand whilst ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities
* Develop and lead recruitment strategies across the firm, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Manage multiple roles, driving activity as the firm grows.
* Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
* Apply knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
* Manage stakeholder and candidate relationships with strong communication.
* Maintain momentum on challenging roles and meet deadlines.
* Prioritise work with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both collaboratively and on own initiative.
* Proactively suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
* In-house recruitment experience, ideally within professional services.
* Experience leading and developing a team.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation.
* Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
