Company: Force Contracting Services Location: Heysham Nuclear Power Station, Lancashire (Head Office: Worksop, Nottinghamshire) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE) Salary: £15-£20ph (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets) About the Role Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a long-term civil engineering project at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for progression within a growing civil engineering contractor. Plenty of overtime is available as well to enable candidates to earn extra money. Duties: * Drainage installation and repairs * Excavation and trenching works * Ducting and utility installation * Kerbing, edging, and finishing works * Concrete works and reinstatement * Assisting plant operators and site teams * Working to site drawings and specifications * Maintaining high standards of health and safety * Working effectively as part of a civils team Requirements: * Valid CSCS Card * Previous groundworks experience on civils or infrastructure projects * Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious * Ability to work as part of a team * Willingness to work at Heysham Nuclear Power Station * Additional plant or streetworks tickets advantageous What We Offer: * Permanent PAYE employment * Consistent year-round work * 28 days paid holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) - increasing to 33 days with length of service * Overtime paid at x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sundays * Travel and accommodation provided * All PPE provided * Company-funded training and additional tickets * Clear career progression opportunities * Ongoing personal and professional development * Company pension scheme * Stable, long-term employment with a growing civil engineering contractor * Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects How to Apply: Apply via CV Library with an up-to-date CV, or contact our recruitment team using the details below
