Corporate Legal Counsel
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer (minimum 4 years PQE) to join a busy and growing in-house legal team.
Working as part of a dynamic organisation undergoing continued expansion, this role offers the chance to support corporate growth initiatives, particularly through M&A activity. You will play a key role in advising on acquisitions and wider corporate matters across both UK and international operations.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
- Advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
- Supporting business growth through legal input on strategic initiatives
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with a variety of corporate matters across UK and international operations
âś… Experience Required
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE
- Strong background in corporate law, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in M&A transactions
- International experience is desirable but not essential
- Highly adaptable with strong attention to detail
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice
- Comfortable working within a varied and evolving workload
