Overview
The successful candidate will lead and manage R&D projects from concept to production, delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of demanding clients. This role requires a creative, hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
1. Generate innovative ideas for new products and improvements, anticipating customer needs
2. Respond quickly to client requests, adapting or creating bespoke solutions where required
3. Take ownership of projects, running them independently or as part of a team
4. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress
5. Deliver projects from initial concept through to final production
