Enterprise Service Management Architect Overview: A global retail organisation is undertaking a major service management transformation and is seeking an experienced Service Management Enterprise Architect (Contract) to support the delivery of a new enterprise CMDB. This role will provide architectural leadership across service management, infrastructure, and enabling technologies, helping stabilise design decisions and ensuring the CMDB is fit for production within a complex, large-scale environment.
