About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified Health & Safety professional to support our nurseries across the South of the UK. You’ll help drive a positive safety culture, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement across multiple sites.
âś… Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert H&S support to nurseries and support offices
* Conduct site visits, audits, and incident investigations
* Support with fire safety, DSE assessments, and risk management
* Deliver coaching, training, and guidance to managers and teams
* Collaborate with stakeholders to embed best practices
🧠What We’re Looking For
1. NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
2. Experience in a similar H&S role (childcare, education, or retail preferred)
3. Knowledge of fire safety, DSE, COSHH, and risk assess...
