The Mission: Impact & Innovation
* Be the Catalyst for Change: Develop and execute the UK Market Access strategy, proactively dismantling systemic barriers to secure maximum patient access to our innovative pipeline, with a strong focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and cutting-edge digital health tools.
* Drive Early Adoption: You will be instrumental in positioning Roche as the Partner of Choice for the NHS, securing first-mover commercial advantage for game-changing diagnostics and shaping care pathways up to three years pre-launch.
* Influence the Ecosystem: Lead high-stakes engagement with senior leaders and key decision-makers across the UK, including the NHS England Diabetes Programme and the Office for Life Sciences (OLS), leveraging your robust network to align with the NHS 10-Year Plan and the UK's Life Sciences Vision.
