The Role
We are seeking a Logistic Coordinator to join the Taylor & Hart Production and Workshop Team.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable movement of goods across our supply chain.
Your responsibilities will bridge logistics operations and shipment coordination, providing essential support to maintain service levels, optimise delivery timelines, and ensure accurate, compliant handling of all shipments.
Work Listing
1. Assisting with logistics tasks such as preparing and packaging orders for final delivery
2. Responsible for dropping off and collecting jobs from local contractors and service providers
3. Ensuring all physical product movements are reflected live in our internal systems
4. Supporting monthly packaging stocktakes
5. Providing flexible support to the wider team with ad-hoc operational and logistics tasks as needed

Head of Supply Chain

Temporary, until the end of December 2026

8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
9. Strong communication and coordination skills
10. Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

12. Accurate and disciplined with system updates and tracking
13. Flexible and willing to support wider operational tasks when needed
14. Previous experience in logistics, fulfilment, or operations preferred
