About the Role
Recruit Digital is partnering with a fast-growing UK-based digital media production company that combines virtual production technology with social-first entertainment. They are building audience-driven channels across YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, blending social media scale with TV-quality content.
Were looking for a Social Media Manager to work closely with a Social Media Analyst. While the Analyst provides insight and strategy, youll bring it to lifeposting content consistently, engaging audiences, and nurturing loyal fan communities.
Key Responsibilities
YouTube & Social Posting: Take ownership of content across YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and optimisation for each platform.
Community Management: Engage with fans, respond to comments, and foster active, loyal communities.
Audience Engagement: Craft replies and interactions that reflect the brands personality and encourage ongoing engagement.
Execution of Strategy: Translate data-driven insights into actionable posting plans and engagement tactics.
Fan Loyalty: Develop strategies to turn casual viewers into long-term followers.
Platform Expertise: Adapt content and tone to suit YouTube, TikTok, and Meta platforms, with a strong focus on growing YouTube communities.
Trend Spotting: Identify trending opportunities to participate in conversations while maintaining brand voice.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing and growing social media channels, with strong emphasis on YouTube .
Experience building and engaging online communities through comments, replies, and conversations.
Reliable and consistent in posting and community management.
Pragmatic, hands-on approach; able to work in sync with data insights.
Excellent written communication skills with creativity and personality.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple channels.
Desirable Skills & Interests
Experience rapidly scaling YouTube channels and understanding YouTube Community features.
Familiarity with Shorts, TikTok trends, and Facebook Groups.
Interest in entertainment, media, or online fandoms.
Understanding of monetisation models (AdSense, YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Fund, etc.).
