The Opportunity

Landmark’s Geo Division is growing its enterprise sales capability, and we’re looking for an experienced business development professional to lead high‑value, strategic opportunities across our Solutions and Geodata portfolios. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal development and contract negotiation, while building strong, commercially impactful relationships with prospects, clients and partners.

Working closely with colleagues across sales, customer success, consulting and marketing, you’ll manage a diverse pipeline, shape go‑to‑market plans and help deliver outstanding client experiences. You’ll also contribute to team development by sharing best practice and mentoring junior colleagues.

In this role, you will:

13. Develop and maintain account and territory plans which outlines how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
14. Build plans for high priority opportunities including strategic motivators, key stakeholders, buying process and forecasted sales
15. Partner with technical staff, trainers, customer success and product specialists to address customer requirements and key business challenges
16. Collaborate with the marketing and campaigns teams to execute lead generation campaigns
17. Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending Landmark Geo offerings
18. Represent Landmark Geo and conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
19. Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts of expected new business accounts
20. Maintain clean Salesforce pipelines with accurate, up-to-date opportunities

About You

You’ll bring extensive experience in customer‑facing roles and a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. You’re a confident, adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders from director level through to technical and operational teams and you excel at building rapport, networking and delivering persuasive presentations.

Highly organised and self‑motivated, you’re comfortable working independently from home, the office or while travelling. You’ll have strong written, verbal and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse and present data clearly. Experience in the geospatial, land, property or utilities sectors is highly desirable.

You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a positive, solutions‑focused mindset. Flexible, reliable and relationship‑driven, you enjoy sharing ideas, supporting others and contributing to a high‑performing team. This role requires national travel and occasional overnight stays.
