Job Title: Test Lead / Test Manager
Location: Hybrid; 2-3 days per week onsite in Corsham
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to manage a small team of Test Engineers responsible for the integration and end-to-end testing of a key IT Service Management function. The role is currently focused on manual testing, with opportunities to introduce automation and drive process improvements.
What You'll Do:
1. Own and deliver the Test Strategy and test governance framework.
2. Lead integration, functional, end-to-end, and API testing activities.
3. Plan and estimate testing effort for new workstreams to support project delivery.
4. Ensure alignment with industry best practices.
5. Provide assurance over third-party testing.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop high-coverage test cases.
