Job Purpose
As Lead Risk, Audit and Assurance Analyst, you will develop and embed the Technology Services governance and assurance framework, ensuring adherence across the organization in collaboration with the Risk, Audit and Assurance Manager. You will manage operational risks within the Risk Register, ensuring quality and consistency, and lead quality assurance activities to maintain documentation and process standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Technology Services operational risk register, ensuring risks are captured, scored, and analyzed consistently.
* Analyze risk trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Identify lessons learned from historical risk data for continuous improvement.
* Lead quality assurance activities to review and update key processes regularly.
* Report risks and issues to senior leadership.
* Facilitate workshops to improve governance processes.
* Coordinate audit activities and manage audit tasks to meet deadlines.
* Provide expertise in SharePoint and Tableau, supporting data cleansing, analysis, and MI reporting.
