Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer (3+ PQE)-Shrewsbury | Hybrid Working | £55,000 – £62,000

We are working with a highly regarded and expanding firm recognised by both Chambers UK and Legal 500, offering an excellent opportunity to join their Residential Property team in Shrewsbury.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Leasehold and Freehold
This is a client-facing role where you will utilise your strong communication skills and deliver a high standard of service, while also contributing to business development and building your presence within the local market.
What We Are Looking For
* 5+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge across residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and ambitious approach
