Senior Procurement Manager
to join their team, responsible for their
Professional Services and HR spend. You will become part of a recently formed procurement function at an exciting time for the business, as they enter a new phase of strategy and growth. As a Senior Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
– Develop and execute procurement strategies for HR & professional services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Contract Negotiation & Risk Mitigation
– Lead negotiations with suppliers for recruitment, training, consulting, and other professional services, securing favourable terms while managing contractual risks. Stakeholder Collaboration
– Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to understand business needs, optimise service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes. Supplier Performance & Compliance
– Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies. Cost Optimization & Budget Management
