Our client, a well-established £100m multi-national organisation, has approved a major CRM transformation programme. With their legacy integrated CRM no longer fit for future growth, they are moving away from their historic Infor CRM setup within the Infor M3 landscape and implementing Creatio CRM.
The initial phase will focus on Sales, but this is a business-wide transformation with touchpoints across Finance, Manufacturing and Design. This is not a simple system swap — it's a strategic platform change that will shape how the business operates moving forward.
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery.
The Role
As the dedicated Project Manager, you will:
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the Creatio CRM implementation, ensuring alignment to business objectives, scope, timelines and budget
Act as the central point of coordination between the Steering Committee (Head of IT, Head of Sales and Joint Managing Directors), Creatio, and the implementation partner
Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and Design to ensure requirements clarity and business readiness
Oversee solution design and integration touchpoints, particularly across the existing Infor M3 ERP landscape
Own governance, RAID management, planning, dependencies and reporting across internal and third-party teams
Drive change management, UAT, data migration, training and go-live planning to ensure successful adoption and transition into BAU
Creatio will lead the design phase, supported by a dedicated implementation partner. Strong supplier management and the ability to hold external partners accountable will be critical to success.
Essential Experience
Proven delivery of large-scale CRM implementations (300+ users) within complex organisations
Experience operating at Steering Committee / C-Suite level
Strong third-party supplier and systems integrator management
Background delivering enterprise-level transformation programmes
Creatio experience is highly desirable, though strong CRM transformation experience will be considered.

Exposure to manufacturing and/or design-led environments
Experience working within or alongside ERP landscapes such as Infor M3
