Job Description Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to contribute to cutting-edge nuclear energy projects? We're seeking KRH System Engineer to support the development and integration of the hydrogen detection system (KRH) within one of the UK's most high-profile EPR nuclear projects. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of electrical engineering, system integration, and radioprotection—contributing to the safety, performance, and regulatory compliance of a critical system within the nuclear sector. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain system documentation for the KRH hydrogen detection system—including operator instructions, HMI, safety and environmental specs, and control logic design. Coordinate and manage interfaces with EDVANCE and other engineering disciplines involved in radioprotection equipment contracts. Oversee the design and operation of EPR systems during the design, construction, and commissioning phases—ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and design requirements. Ensure proper integration of detailed mechanical diagrams, functional diagrams, and 3D models within associated engineering tools. Evaluate and validate design modifications from various engineering teams. Participate in experience-sharing initiatives (OPEX) across projects and teams.
