Job Description
As a Senior Residential Property Manager, you will:
3. Deliver a five-star service to clients while ensuring best value for landlords and service charges.
4. Lead and motivate a team of five staff, providing guidance and support.
5. Oversee service charge budget setting, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
6. Attend residents' meetings and provide expert advice.
7. Prepare and manage maintenance contract specifications, including re-tendering and implementation.
8. Liaise with the Property Maintenance Division to maintain buildings and common areas.
9. Manage residential insurance claims and ensure compliance with H&S and fire regulations.
10. Process tenant alteration applications and supervise Section 20 requests.
11. Resolve formal complaints and drive technology advancements for portfolio management.
