As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us on a permanent basis as a Quality Assurance and Improvement Lead, reporting into our Director of Quality. This role offers those with teaching experience the chance to take on a new and different direction and to partner the curriculum in achieving the very best for students.
Successful candidates will have a real chance to contribute to the college's quality assurance and improvement strategy, working closely with staff across the full range of the college’s provision to evaluate, improve and enhance the quality of what we do. We are particularly interested in those candidates with experience of A Level within a large Further Education College or Sixth Form.
The ability to inspire, influence and motivate others is essential, as is a sound knowledge of external quality processes (such as Ofsted EIF, EQA, QAA), coaching, mentoring and highly developed interpersonal skills are also critical aspects of what it takes to be part of this key team.
