We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide proactive, dynamic, close business support to senior leaders across several offices, always demonstrating an efficient and effective service. This role will be based out of our Newcastle office.
You'll make an impact by:
1. Providing client engagement compliance support and guidance to senior leaders. Utilising our in-house client onboarding and risk management system Citadel to prepare client due diligence, anti-money laundering and conflict assessments.
2. Creating and managing business development opportunities and member firm referrals in Microsoft Dynamics client risk management system.
3. Pipeline reporting, including monitoring opportunities and their expected close dates.
4. Preparing and updating proposals in PowerPoint that are not supported by the Bid team, drafting Letters of Engagement (LoEs), completing member firm SoW’s and change of scope documentation.
5. General admin support including distribution of bills, managing various rotas, maintaining organisational charts and processes library.
What we are looking for:
6. Experience working in a similar role.
7. Excellent communications skills and strong team working ability.
8. Demonstrate advanced technical skills in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and related programs.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise, solve problems, manage and meet the deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
10. Possess flexibility and adaptability to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work.
