Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leasing company in their search for a an experienced HR & Recruitment Coordinator to work from their vehicle showroom and head office facility in Leeds.
For the successful HR & Recruitment Coordinator our client is offering:
1. £24,000 - £27,000 p/annum depending on experience
2. Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 (some flexibility with hours or part time can be discussed)
3. Permanent
4. Benefits: Company Car Packages Available (dependant on role), 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Onsite Parking
The role - HR & Recruitment Coordinator:
5. Responsible for overseeing administrative processes for human resources and recruitment needs in the business
6. Support the HR director with all HR Administration: Managing HR Inbox, Absence Management, New Starters, Leaver Administration, Policy / Company Handbook administration, Inductions, Time-sheets
7. Coordinate recruitment when necessary; liaise with hiring managers regarding CVs outstanding, discussing recruitment with 3rd party suppliers and ensuring that all interviews are scheduled correctly
What our client is looking for in a HR & Recruitment Coordinator:
8. Previous experience working within a HR / Human Resources team - ESSENTIAL
9. CIPD Qualification - DESIREABLE
10. Experience with Recruitment Coordination / HR Document Administration - ESSENTIAL
11. Confident Communicator
