Our client is looking for a D365 F&O Specialist to define and deliver a standardised IT and ERP process framework across a rapidly expanding global business.
You will establish a clear, structured view of the current IT estate and drive alignment across all sites, working closely with Business Analysis and Architecture.
This role is focused on stabilisation and standardisation following acquisition and during an ongoing Dynamics 365 F&O rollout.
Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a structured plan to map the current IT estate, including applications, integrations, and process flows across all regions
* Lead the end-to-end discovery of existing processes, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and risks across legacy and modern systems
* Establish a single, agreed set of standardised processes (“golden record”) for all systems and workflows feeding into the Dynamics 365 F&O platform
* Drive alignment of business and technical processes across global sites, ensuring consistency while accounting for regional requirements
* Own the delivery roadmap for process standardisation, including prioritisation, sequencing, and governance
* Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including IT, business units, and regional teams to ensure adoption of defined standards
* Manage dependencies with the ongoing Dynamics 365 F&O rollout, ensuring process design supports and does not conflict with implementation timelines
* Lead and direct the Business Analyst and Technical Architect to ensure outputs are aligned, structured, and actionable
* Establish documentation standards and ensure all processes and systems are clearly captured and maintained
