What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Manage the lettings team and oversee day-to-day operations Conduct valuations and win new lettings instructions Motivate and lead the team to meet and exceed targets Deliver outstanding customer service Represent the company with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential lettings Previous management experience essential Track record of securing instructions and achieving targets NFOPP / ARLA qualification (advantageous, not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team motivation skills High standards of customer service and professionalism Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated Knowledge of the Bath area beneficial Full UK driving licence and own car preferred What's In It For You?
