About the OpportunityA leading global medical devicepany is seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Sales Specialist to cover a high-value London and Southeast territory.This is a well-established territory with strong existing consultant relationships, a broad and market-leading portfolio, and a team with one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for driving sales across aprehensive neurosurgery portfolio – from hydrocephalus and shunt systems through to neuro endoscopy, aneurysm clips, dural substitutes, and surgical instruments. Thepany holds a top three position across virtually every product category it operates in.You'll work closely with consultant neurosurgeons, theatre managers, ODPs, and procurement teams across major neuro centres in London and the Southeast. Daily theatre presence is expected – this is a relationship-led, clinically focused role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales across aprehensive neurosurgery portfolio within your territory, targeting key NHS neuro centres and associated private hospitals
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant neurosurgeons, theatre teams, procurement, and ODPs
3. Develop and execute a territory business plan
4. Introduce and promote new products in line withpany campaigns and strategic objectives
5. Assist in the development of key reference centres for the Aesculap neurosurgery range
6. Attend national and international conferences, workshops, and demonstrations as required
7. Maintain accurate opportunity and call records via Salesforce
8. Acting as a trusted clinical presence — daily theatre attendance is a core expectation of the role
What We're Looking For
9. Current or recent neurosurgery sales experience is essential - applications without this background will not be considered
10. Daily or near-daily theatre presence in your current or most recent role
11. Proven track record selling into NHS neuro centres and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
12. Strongmercial instincts alongside genuine clinical credibility
