Proactively outbound call and follow up with potential leads. Qualify prospects against set criteria to ensure they are a good fit. Nurture relationships by providing helpful information and excellent service. Book qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion. Customer Service Advisor pay: £ 26,000 per hour bonuses. (£32,000 OTE)
