Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Assistant located in the London area, United Kingdom. The Technical Assistant will support the team with technical guidance, assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires hands-on support for technical systems as well as contributing to maintaining and improving technical operations.
Qualifications
* Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
* Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying effective solutions
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage clients professionally
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
* Previous experience in the security systems or technology sector is preferred but not required
* A technical diploma, certification, or relevant experience in a technical field
