Offer description

The role consists of handling the day-to-day operations of the estate whilst reporting into the Managing Director. Making sure maintenance of the properties and grounds are kept to a high standard. Ideally looking for someone with an extensive background in the FM industry as well as having worked within Hospitality Operations previously. This role will require liaising with suppliers, contractors and attending all relevant meetings.

* Experience in Facilities Management / Hospitality
* Proven track record of managing an estate or similar
* Ensuring targets and strategies are met
* Able to manage a team and give direction
