Reporting to our Managing Counsel,youllbe responsible forproviding practical and pragmatic legal advice, takingownershipanddemonstratingaccountability for providing realistic commercial solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Lawyer with knowledge and experience of the DB pensions landscape, the Pensions Act 2004 and, ideally, the PPF, the Financial Assistance Scheme and/or the Fraud Compensation Fund. You may also be involved in advising on some of the other legal areas that are relevant to the PPF, in addition to pensions law, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable. Finally, we expect applicants to perform ata high levelwhen either working independently or as part of a team, and to be able to develop effective internal and external working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
