The Senior Specialist of Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, and Cash Management for the Wealth Management Clients team is responsible for leading a team of administrators, directly managing a manager, to meet service levels with a customer-focused approach. The role involves providing proactive and innovative solutions, leading medium to large projects or handling complex issues requiring broad perspective and in-depth analysis.
The role includes ensuring the delivery of operational services aligned with Service Level Agreements and KPIs, acting as a secondary escalation point, and possibly leading processes or functions with direct reports. Responsibilities also encompass workload management, prioritizing tasks, maintaining quality standards, and demonstrating expertise within the discipline.
The candidate should develop policies and procedures, advise junior professionals, and work under strict deadlines. Essential skills include excellent verbal reasoning, numeric skills, professional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
Required knowledge includes client money and CMAR reporting, FCA regulatory environment, proficiency in MS Office and business systems, understanding of reconciliations, and familiarity with tools like Hubwise, Bluedoor, Recon, AWD, and Autorek. Qualifications include IOC certifications or willingness to study, with a preference for candidates with 5 years of business experience in the Financial Services Industry, especially within TPA backgrounds. Knowledge of CASS 6 & 7 and CMAR regulatory requirements is also desirable.
