We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the kitchen brigade of one of the UK’s most highly regarded countryside dining destinations.
This award-winning restaurant is renowned for its ingredient-led cooking, seasonal menus, and strong connection to the estate and surrounding land. Holding a Green Michelin Star, the kitchen focuses on beautifully simple dishes that allow exceptional produce to shine, with ingredients sourced directly from the estate’s organic farm, gardens, and local producers.
As Chef De Partie, you’ll work within a professional and highly skilled brigade preparing refined dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients in a calm yet ambitious kitchen environment. The style of cooking is clean, thoughtful, and produce-driven, making this an ideal role for a chef who values quality ingredients and modern British cooking.

What we’re looking for:
11. Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef De Partie
12. Passion for fresh, seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
13. Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
14. Calm and organised approach during service
15. Desire to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
