Contracts Manager - Interior Fit-Out (Retail, Hospitality)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + Car Allowance + Company Bonus
Location: Office Based in Manchester and visiting sites UK Wide

About the Role
This is a hands-on Contracts Manager position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-spec interior fit-out environments. You'll be overseeing multiple projects across the UK, ranging from £500K to £2M, with a focus on leisure and hospitality projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Overseeing project delivery from start to finish across multiple sites (volume depends on project value)
* Managing health & safety on site and ensuring compliance
* Leading and coordinating the on-site install team
* Conducting site walkarounds and liaising directly with clients
* Ensuring timely and accurate valuations and cost tracking
* Working closely with the QS and Build Manager
* Coordinating direct-to-site deliveries and logistics

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in interior fit-out
* Background in companies similar in size and scope
* CSCS Gold or BlackCard and SMSTS certification (essential)
* Strong site management and delivery skills
* Ability to work UK-wide with flexibility
