An opportunity has arisen to recruit 1 WTE, Band 7 Neighbourhood Lead for Stafford IMHT based in the South West locality of South Staffordshire Adult Mental Health Services. This specialist post requires the applicant to have an understanding of the business of the service and be committed to delivering at a leadership level. The successful applicant will hold a clear understanding of the Community Mental Health Transformation program and the ongoing priorities for Mental Health Services across our Integrated Care System.
Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the Operational Manager, and team clinical / professional leads in the planning and delivery of the service.
* Ensure that all Trust policies and guidelines are adhered to and provide guidance to clinical staff regarding implementation.
* Support the local implementation of National strategies and initiate change and practice development.
* Lead in driving forwards the principles of Mental Health Transformation.
* Lead on developing team objectives in line with the integrated care agenda and care group objectives.
* Actively champion and participate in quality improvement within the team, to drive forward service development and innovations through implementation of MPFT quality improvement and lean methodology.
* Work with Service Leads and Head of Operations on service development and redesign and effectively manage service change across the workforce.
* Work with the wider Mental Health Leadership Team with the ongoing review and redesign of services.
* Lead on promoting and embedding service user involvement into the design, development and delivery of services, including ongoing processes to measure the impact of service user feedback on service.
